Morning Workouts
Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 8 – August 14
6 – 8 a.m.
Led by MHS Boys’ JVA Coach, Anthony McElligot (Mr. M.), these morning workouts are designed to build conditioning and soccer skills through the summer.
Registration is complete when you have paid AND returned your player’s waiver per instructions on the waiver.

4 – 4:50 p.m.
Led by fitness instructor and MHS Girls Soccer alumni parent, Tara Deeble, these workouts focus on strength training to encourage injury prevention & physical resilience.
